Heritage Pointe Golf Club is the home of a beautiful and transformative space that may be perfect fit for your special day. Their beautiful location (in the heart of Pine Creek Valley) features a multi functional space that offers both indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception areas and world class service by their amazing team of staff, including their wedding coordinator and talented chef.
Here I will dive into my personal experience photographing a gorgeous August wedding at this venue, while showcasing the many photo worthy locations on this sprawling property and the perks included in your booking.
the outdoor vista
This space was the perfect location for B+T's intimate wedding ceremony. With a mixture of shade and ample light, this patio is the perfect spot to not only host your ceremony, but also your cocktail hour before dinner service begins. Heritage Pointe offers several set up options to bring your vision to life.
getting ready spaces
Bridal preparations are made easy at this venue, with options for private getting ready areas on both the main and second floor of the club. Natural light and space for preparation photographs make for a happy bridal party and a happy wedding photographer! No need to rent that "getting ready" Airbnb - Heritage Pointe has you covered.
photo tour guide
The club offers electric golf carts and a private tour guide to get you to the most photo worthy spots on the course for bridal portraits. The exceptional staff experience you receive when booking here can't be overstated - they truly went above and beyond to ensure our safety while navigating the course and showcasing the best areas for dramatic and intimate portraits.
With SO MANY different scenic areas on the course, you will no doubt end up with hundreds of print worthy images at this venue. Course spots include:

Featuring vaulted ceilings, panoramic views, large windows (hello natural light!) and warm, romantic lighting - this space has unlimited potential to craft a unique experience for your guests. The reception space leads right out onto the vista/terrace, which allows your guests to utilize both spaces for the cocktail hour/reception transition.
the staff & catering
This note regards the first class service and staffing that this venue provides. As a full time wedding photographer I travel all over Alberta photographing weddings and I can honestly say that the staff here far exceeded my expectations. The venue coordinator did a fantastic job assisting the couple, their vendors and their guests. The wait staff was friendly, helpful and offered incredible service - including an unexpected delivery of hot appetizers to the bridal party while we were out on the course doing bridal portraits. The food was incredible and overall this was personally one of my favourite venue experiences.
