Cori & Will's Romantic Downtown Lethbridge Wedding | 418 Venue & Croatian Cultural Centre
Some wedding days feel effortlessly authentic from beginning to end, and Cori and Will's celebration was exactly that. Filled with intimate moments, meaningful locations, and a relaxed atmosphere surrounded by their closest family and friends, their wedding day perfectly reflected who they are as a couple.
The day began at Cori's mom's house, where excitement filled every room as the final touches came together. Surrounded by her favorite people, Cori spent the morning getting ready in a space that felt comfortable, familiar, and full of emotion. These quieter moments before the ceremony always hold so much meaning, and it was the perfect way to start the day.
Before heading to the ceremony, Cori and Will shared a private first look at the Agri-food Hub. The stunning feature wall provided an incredible backdrop for one of the most emotional moments of the day. As Will turned around and saw Cori for the first time, the nerves melted away and excitement took over. Having this private moment together allowed them to slow down and truly soak in the significance of the day before the celebrations began.
Their ceremony at 418 Venue was intimate, romantic, and heartfelt.
Surrounded by their closest family and friends, Cori and Will exchanged vows in a space that perfectly suited the warm and personal atmosphere they had envisioned for their wedding day.
After the ceremony, we explored downtown Lethbridge for bridal portraits. One of my favorite parts of wedding photography is finding beauty in the city around us, and downtown provided no shortage of incredible backdrops. From historic architecture to quiet alleyways and urban textures, every location added a unique element to their gallery while keeping the focus on their connection and the excitement of being newly married.
One of the most memorable parts of the day came next when the wedding party climbed into a limo and headed to 2 Guys Pizza.
Instead of rushing straight to the reception, Cori and Will chose to enjoy a casual stop with their favorite people, grabbing pizza and creating memories that felt completely true to them. These unscripted moments often become some of the most cherished parts of a wedding day.
The evening concluded at the Croatian Cultural Centre in North Lethbridge, where guests were welcomed into a beautiful reception space for a delicious buffet dinner catered by ML Catering. Friends and family gathered to celebrate, share stories, and enjoy an evening full of laughter.
As the sun began to set, guests headed outside for lawn games before returning to the dance floor to celebrate late into the evening. From heartfelt speeches to energetic dancing, the reception perfectly captured the joy and excitement that surrounded Cori and Will throughout the entire day.
